Background
Judge Alison L. Asti (Ret.) is a distinguished Maryland figure with a multifaceted career as a lawyer, sports and economic development advisor, legal leader, and judge. Her work bridging public authority, bar leadership, and judicial service, along with community engagement and numerous honors, reflects decades of impactful leadership.
Judge Alison L. Asti served as an Associate Judge in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County from 2010 until 2024, and continues to sit as a Senior Judge. Judge Asti was designated as a Business and Technology Judge and was the coordinating Judge for guardianships. She hears civil, family and criminal cases.
Prior to becoming a judge, Judge Asti was the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Maryland Stadium Authority, where she negotiated the Orioles and Ravens team leases, a broad variety of facility contracts and construction contracts for over $500 million sports and entertainment facilities throughout the State. She was also a mediator for the McCammon Group prior to being a Judge, and was a former partner at Gordon Feinblatt in Baltimore.
Judge Asti has two adult children and a dog, 2 miniature horses and some chickens. She enjoys water sports and equestrian sports in her free time.
