Judge Lorrie K. Ridder has devoted her career to full time dispute resolution since 2011 after serving as a Circuit Court Judge in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to being appointed to the Bench in 2009, Judge Ridder had an active litigation practice as a partner in a Memphis law firm. She tried many jury trials to verdict in both federal and state courts and argued cases in the 5th and 6th Circuit Courts of Appeals during her 15 years with the firm. Before joining the Law Firm, Lorrie Ridder served as an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law for six years.

In 2011, Lorrie founded an ADR practice in Memphis. In late 2014, upon moving with her family to Indiana, she joined the Indianapolis based “Mediation Group” where she provided ADR Services until the Summer of 2019. Lorrie currently mediates all types of matters including complex commercial disputes, medical malpractice, employment law, personal injury, premises liability, estates, construction, business matters, class actions, and products liability. She has mediated more than 750 cases and in doing so has distinguished herself and developed an excellent reputation particularly in the area of Medical Malpractice and professional liability cases.
