Judge Marvin S. Kaminetz (Ret.) is currently engaged in private mediation, arbitration of civil litigation with a concentration in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Real and Personal Property disputes. Judge Kaminetz practiced law in St. Mary’s County for 21 years before being appointed to the Circuit Court in 1989 and being elected thereafter toa 15 year term in 1990. He therefore brings over 40 years of experience to the resolution of disputes.

In the Family Law, in addition to 21 years of law practice before going on the Bench, Judge Kaminetz brings his 15 years experience as a Master for Juvenile Causes as well as his experience as a Director on the St. Mary’s County Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Board.

Mary Louise Preis’s background and experience as a former Citigroup General Counsel of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs for the Consumer Finance North America, a member of the Board of Directors of Citicorp Trust Bank and as Chair of the Board of Citigroup Trust Bank-Delaware uniquely qualifies her to facilitate the resolution of both internal and external disputes involving corporate, governmental and community organizations regionally and nationwide. 

Add to this M’s Preis’s experience as Maryland’s Commissioner of Financial Regulation for five years and you have an experienced, knowledgeable Neutral capable of mediating, arbitrating and neutrally evaluating the most complex corporate banking and financial issues, cases and controversies presented.
